This is gonna sound harsh but say RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO it and forget about her. She isnt worht your time if she gets pissed cause you told one of your friends you made out with her. If she really liked you she wouldn't of cared and you two would probably be going out with her right now. Another bad sign is her flirting with other guys, chicks will do that shit cause well they are woman.... but if that annoys you, you can either A) try and whoop the guys ass making him look like a moron or B) say RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO it and move on to the next chick.
Im assuming your in high school or something lower then that so dont dwell on one chick because chances are your not going to continue your relationship after high school.

Well, the way i see it is, you have to way's too deal with this.
1- You can sit down with her and talk it out, like others have said. Be 100% open and honest about the feelings you have for her. The down side to this is it may end up messing up your friendship with her. So you have to think about it and see if its really worth possibly messing up a friendship with her.
But on the other hand if you dont take chances in life you wont get anywhere. Part of life is take chances and getting burned by said chances, ya know the whole learn from your mistakes thing.
2- I kinda delt with this in number 1 but here it is anyway.
Dont do anything about it, and move on. At the moment (too you) this seems like the stupidest thing to do. But you wont have to worry about killing the friendship.
In the end the choice is yours and all you can do is do what feels right.
I hope everything works out in your favor.

Gonna tell you how a freind of mine did. He was starting to get freinds with some girls in a city, later on he started to like one of em. They started talking on msn and he was kinda flirting with her. She wasnt serious, but flirted back. And one day when they met in her hometown, he told her that he liked her. She was like "...wow. But I dont like you the same." Then he just sat down with her and expressed all of his love to her. And in the ending ".... Well I gotta go catch my train home. See ya!" 10 minutes later she called him and told him to stop on the next busstop. She was in love after that talk My freind expressed this history as a typical soap-opera on TV.
So try this, talk to her and then just walk away letting her think of what u talked about.

He said he was a freshman in High School. Really don't worry about high school realationships. They hardly ever last. I dated a girl for the last 2 years of high school then we broke up our freshman year of college. Now I'm dating another girl. Life goes on. Most of my friends who had high school relationships when they hit college broke them off. Only 2 of them are still trying to keep their relationships going. High school relationships fail usually imho.

So you're just a freshman in High School, I see. At your age you don't need a girl, you'll need a car though, a cool hair do and a dress sense of Nu-York rocker. Smoking and drinking are optional. Life will get a lot better at college.
High school romance is a lie.
